Delete your account and data
This page is for the Bek va Lola app by United Soft. You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.
What to do
| You played without an account | Delete the app from the device. Progress is stored only on the device and is removed with the app. |

| You signed in with Google or Apple | Email support@bekvalola.uz from the address linked to the account, with the subject “Delete account”. |
| You paid via Payme or Click without an account | Email support@bekvalola.uz and include the order number. |
What is deleted
- Account: identifier, email address, Google or Apple identifier
- Profile: name and avatar
- Game progress and items stored on the server, and access to purchases made via Payme or Click
What is kept
- Purchase records, for the period required by accounting and tax law, kept separately from the deleted account
We delete the data within 3 days after the request is confirmed.
A deleted account, its progress and items cannot be restored. A subscription on the App Store or Google Play must be canceled separately in your store account settings.
